Key Responsibilities

Install and align inboard and outboard engines, steering mechanisms, and control systems.

Fit and commission complex marine electrical systems, navigation electronics, and plumbing.
*
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify mechanical and electrical faults during pre-delivery inspections.
*
Conduct sea trials to validate vessel performance, handling, and system integrity.
*
Work closely with the production team to ensure builds progress according to the schedule.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: Demonstrated track record in marine engineering, specifically with high-performance leisure or commercial craft.
*
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of modern marine propulsion systems, 12V/24V electrical systems, and marine electronics.
*
Qualifications: Relevant marine engineering qualifications or time-served apprenticeship status.

Adaptability: Ability to transition smoothly between standard production layouts and custom, complex system installations

£35000.00 - £45000.00 per year
