Our client is looking for a professional and reliable Receptionist to provide weekend and ad hoc cover at their site in SN3. This is a flexible opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures
Answering and directing incoming calls
Handling general reception and administrative duties
Maintaining a professional and tidy reception area
Assisting with visitor queries and site access proceduresRequirements:
Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and friendly manner
