Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the site people plan
Lead across the full employee lifecycle including ER, engagement, recruitment and L&D
Drive initiatives across reward, recognition, EDI and wellbeing
Support and develop a small team of HR Advisors
Influence decision-making and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
Build strong stakeholder relationships to support delivery of HR strategy
What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner
Previous experience operating in a Business Partner or Manager level HR role
Experience within a fast-paced environment such as logistics, retail or manufacturing
Strong Employee Relations knowledge across complex casework
Experience supporting and developing team members
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Working hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
