So, what will you be doing?
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to account managers
* Assisting with preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
* Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate internal records
* Supporting communication between customers, suppliers, operations, and sales teams
* Tracking project progress to ensure smooth delivery
* Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Helpful extras
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
* Confidence working across multiple teams and coordinating information
