Monday to Thursday 06:15am - 18:30pm MUST be happy to work nights if needed
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy industrial site based in Hyde. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career prospects for reliable and hardworking candidates.
The role involves supporting day-to-day production activities, including operating machinery and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
Setting up machinery and ensuring it is running correctly
Carrying out basic quality checks on products
Working to production targets and deadlines
Loading raw materials into machines and handling finished goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting other areas of production when requiredRequirements
Previous experience in a production or industrial environment is desirable
Experience operating machinery is preferred (full training can be provided)
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Able to carry out manual handling tasks
Willingness to learn and develop new skillsWhat's on Offer
