A Coordinator is required to join a very busy, creative and unique team in Brighouse. This is a permanent and full time role that is fully office based, offering a wide range of tasks from administration, customer service, project administration, creative production through to secretarial support.

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of this creative and successful business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning administration and supporting busy colleagues with challenging projects and clients.

Duties will include:

* Coordination of complex project administration, digital imagery, written schedules and internal administration to ensure timely and professional delivery of client briefs.

* Responding to emails, phone calls and visits from clients, suppliers and contractors.

* Note taking on daily briefing meetings and allocating requirements to internal project trackers.

* Managing general emails and responding on behalf of colleagues and ensuring communication of adaptations and requirements are shared with the team.

* Booking of accommodation and travel for events, tradeshows, photographers and colleagues are managed in the UK and for some international events.

* Assisting with corporate events, buffets, staff events; from shopping for food to setting up tables and hosting.

* Processing receipts, invoices, proposals and other financial records, checking for discrepancies and assisting on best purchasing options.

* General filing and administration will be part of this role.

You will be:

* Highly organised and meticulous with details and coordinating real time information.

* Experienced in coordinating projects or supporting complex administration.

* Confident in communicating with a wide range of people.

* Very competent with Microsoft packages and Google documents

* Happy to train in and learn about the creative industry to offer the best support

* Wanting to work in a busy and friendly environment within a small team.

Our client is offering a great career, with the opportunity to take hold of a new role and really add value to the team. It is full time, working in the office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am till 4:30 with a 1 hour lunchbreak. There are quarterly social events and opportunities to assist in some great client events.
