You'll partner with hiring managers across the business to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, attract top talent, and build strong talent pipelines across the Oil & Gas industry.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering recruitment excellence in a fast-paced, international environment. What You'll Be Doing 💼🎯 End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruitment support across the Baker Hughes account.
Talent Sourcing: Source and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, referrals, CRM databases, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and qualify candidates to deliver high-quality shortlists.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pools for current and future Oil & Gas hiring requirements.
Market Intelligence: Provide market insight and hiring recommendations to support recruitment decisions.
Offer Management: Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Competitive Package: Attractive salary and benefits package. What We're Looking For 🔍👀 Recruitment Experience: 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Technical sectors.
French Language Skills: Fluent French and English communication skills are essential.
Direct Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to identify and engage talent through multiple sourcing channels.
Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Organisation & Delivery: Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while delivering against KPIs and service levels.
