What you will need
British nationality required due to the nature of the work.
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner or in a similar Agile delivery role.
Experience coaching, facilitating and supporting teams adopting Agile principles and practices.
Experience working with complex technical environments, ideally across combined hardware and software disciplines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Salary and rewards
Salary: £40,000 to £64,000 depending on experience plus exceptional benefits on offer includng flexi leave which can equate to 15 additional days off a year
Your role
Coach teams in Agile principles, behaviours and delivery practices.
Facilitate workshops, ceremonies and discussions that improve collaboration and outcomes.
Help teams identify and remove blockers while supporting continuous improvement.
Work with wider delivery teams to embed effective Agile approaches across a complex programme environment.
Adapt Agile methods pragmatically to support delivery within a specialist defence setting.Your experience
Practical experience applying Agile frameworks and ways of working within delivery teams.
Ability to mentor and develop teams that are building confidence with Agile practices.
Experience improving team effectiveness through facilitation, coaching and problem solving.
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding complex delivery challenges.
Proactive approach with resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
