What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant
Strong understanding of the local driving market
Someone with a strong understanding of figures
Ambition, passion and career focused
Strong understands of driver hours / laws
Existing client relationships and the ability to grow accounts
A proactive, self‑motivated approach to business development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
