About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across a range of year groups. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.Assignments can vary from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements, offering flexibility and variety.
