Accord Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle business for an experienced Mobile Trailer / HGV Technician to join their growing team in the Stockton-on-Tees area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a Monday to Friday role with excellent work-life balance, long-term job security and ongoing training.
🔧 The Role
As a Mobile Trailer / HGV Technician, you'll travel to customer sites carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to HGVs and trailers, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant and on the road.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair HGVs and trailers
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
* Attend customer sites to carry out inspections and repairs
* Complete preventative maintenance and safety checks
* Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and health & safety standards
* Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
🔧 About You
* Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working on HGVs and/or trailers
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Able to work independently in a mobile role
* Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
