Key Responsibilities:
To take overall responsibility for the safe, effective and person-centred running of the home
• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure the highest standards of care, dignity and independence for residents
• Manage budgets, occupancy, compliance, care planning and safeguarding
• Oversee medicine management in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
• Support recruitment, staffing, rota management and team performanceRequirements:
Experienced in a management role within a care home setting
• Strong leadership, communication and regulatory knowledge
• Experience working towards or holding Registered Manager status
• A passion for person-centred care and inclusive practice
• Financial and budget management experience
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
• Good knowledge of CQC requirementsBenefits:
