The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Production Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day running of their manufacturing operation. Working closely with the Production Co-Ordinator, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.
The Role
• Support the coordination of daily production activities and manufacturing schedules.
• Supervise and support Production Team Leaders and Operators.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, OEE and downtime.
• Complete production data input and maintain accurate reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to maximise productivity.
• Investigate production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Laboratory and Warehouse teams.
• Support continuous improvement, waste reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality and company procedures.
• Act as Production Co-Ordinator during periods of absence.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally with supervisory or team leadership experience. You will need strong organisational and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities and confidence working with production data and Microsoft Office, including Access databases.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and quality management systems would be advantageous.
