💷 What You’ll Earn: Basic Salary:£30,000 – £38,000
Bonus:
✅ Guaranteed £400 per month for your first 3 months
✅ Average monthly bonus of £400–£500

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections
Diagnostics and fault finding
Mechanical repairs across multiple systems
Ensuring manufacturer standards are met
Accurate recording of work completed
Delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
🧰 What We’re Looking For
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
✔ Minimum 2 years’ workshop or dealership experience
✔ Strong diagnostic and repair ability
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ A proactive, quality-focused approach
