The Role
Select Recruitment are currently recruiting for Process Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing company based in Brandon, Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating production and manufacturing equipment
* Following production processes and procedures
* Measuring and handling ingredients/materials accurately
* Monitoring the production process and reporting any issues
* Carrying out quality checks throughout production
* Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
* Following all health & safety and company procedures
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production or processing is desirable
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to follow instructions and production procedures
* Good team player with a positive attitude
* Physically able to carry out the requirements of the role
