The Role
As Design Manager, you'll take ownership of the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you'll coordinate design information, manage technical queries and drive the design programme across several live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the design process across multiple projects.
Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
Review design information for buildability, compliance and value engineering opportunities.
Chair design meetings and monitor design programmes.
Resolve technical issues throughout the construction phase.
