I am currently working with a highly regarded secondary school in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint confident and reliable Cover Supervisors for flexible day-to-day and short-term supply opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, or individuals with previous experience supporting young people who are looking for flexible work within a positive school environment.
The role offers pre-booked supply opportunities wherever possible, allowing you to plan your working week around your availability. You will play an important role in maintaining continuity for students by delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting learning and creating a positive classroom environment.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
Previous experience working with young people in a school or educational setting.
Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
