£55,000 - £70,000 + Bi-Annual Bonus + Car Allowance/Mileage + Chartership Support + Progression + 25 Days Holiday

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent consultancy specialising in insurance-related building surveying projects. With over 35 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality surveying and engineering services across the South of England. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team.

You'll split your time between the office and site, managing a varied portfolio of domestic insurance claims. The role includes carrying out building inspections, preparing schedules of works, contract administration, overseeing repairs and acting as the key point of contact throughout projects. You'll benefit from excellent support towards further qualifications and long-term career progression within the business.

The Role

Manage insurance-related building surveying projects from initial inspection through to completion.
Undertake subsidence investigations, building inspections and defect diagnosis.
Produce specifications and schedules of works.
Carry out contract administration and oversee repair works on site.
Covering the South & Southwest with occasional overnight stays.
The Person

Building Surveying experience within insurance, defects or subsidence projects.
Strong communication and report writing skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
