To support delivery of the Group’s commercial growth strategy by improving campaign execution, sales enablement, commercial coordination and pipeline effectiveness.
Acting as the bridge between strategy and delivery, you will help ensure commercial activity becomes increasingly structured, measurable and scalable.
Sales Support:
Develop commercially effective sales collateral, presentations, case studies and proposal materials
Coordinate technical sales tools and customer-facing product materials
Improve distributor and partner enablement through structured communications and support resources
Work with technical and commercial teams to strengthen customer messaging and positioning
Develop value propositions focused on customer outcomes and commercial impact
Campaing Generation:
Coordinate and execute targeted campaigns aligned to business priorities
Support product launches, exhibitions, webinars and partner initiatives
Deliver campaigns across digital channels including email, LinkedIn and websites
Improve inbound lead quality and conversion effectiveness
Support website optimisation and digital performance improvements
Revenue and Operations:
Improve CRM adoption, reporting and pipeline visibility
Support structured sales processes and commercial governance
Coordinate lead management and campaign performance tracking
Support leadership teams with commercial consistency and accountability
Drive insight gathering and competitor monitoring
Help establish repeatable commercial workflows and processes
Product and Technical Marketing:
Support development of technical and customer-facing content

Essential Experience:
5–10 years’ experience in B2B commercial marketing, sales enablement, commercial operations or similar
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical or scientific environments
Strong commercial mindset with exposure to pipeline growth and commercial execution
Experience coordinating campaigns and commercial improvement initiatives
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
CRM and reporting experience
Comfortable operating within growing or evolving organisations
