SHEQ Coordinator
Location: Buxton
Salary: £32,000–£40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SHEQ management systems and processes.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standards and audit activities.
- Maintain SHEQ documentation and reports.
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a SHEQ, Quality, Health & Safety, or Compliance role.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment or a related industrial/engineering field is essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document control systems.
Desirable:
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.
