The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader from a quarrying, heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, cement, mining or production environment? Do you thrive in fast-paced operational settings where safety, people leadership and delivering results matter?
We're looking for a Stone Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tunstead Quarry, taking responsibility for the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of the site during your shift.
What you'll be doing
Leading quarry, crushing, processing and dispatch operations
Driving a strong health, safety and environmental culture
Coordinating shift teams to achieve production and performance targets
Managing plant issues, breakdowns and operational challenges
Delivering effective shift handovers and operational reporting
Coaching, developing and supporting operational teams
Investigating incidents, near misses and operational deviations
Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
What we're looking for
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
Experience within quarrying, heavy industry, manufacturing or process operations
A visible and proactive approach to health and safety
Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
The ability to remain calm, resilient and adaptable under pressure
Experience delivering team and operational performance targets
Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
SHE NVQ (preferred)
Quarry regulations knowledge and technical qualifications or experience with mobile plant and processing equipment (advantageous)
