The successful Customer Service Executive should have:

Proven experience within a customer service, sales or customer-facing role
A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience handling customer queries, complaints, returns or order-related issues
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with the ability to learn new systems and processes
In this role, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:

Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a friendly and professional service
Processing customer orders accurately and managing them through to delivery
Liaising with warehouse teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly
Handling customer queries, complaints, damages and returns, resolving issues in a timely manner
Keeping customers proactively updated throughout the order journey and supporting the wider team where required
