Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the provision of high-quality accommodation services, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and comply with relevant standards
Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual requirements, fostering an environment of empowerment and growth
Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of support staff, ensuring effective delivery of services
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and community impact
Monitor and evaluate service performance, implementing improvements where necessary to ensure the highest standards are maintained
Manage budgets, resources, and reporting, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability
Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, championing the values of the organisation in all interactionsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in managing accommodation and support services, preferably within the charity sector
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with diverse populations
A strategic mindset, with the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practises in accommodation and support services
