The Position - Learning Support Assistant
A highly regarded primary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from 7th September.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Support Worker to provide dedicated support to a Year 4 child with ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs.The child can present with physically and verbally challenging behaviour and may experience difficulties with emotional regulation, transitions and engaging with the school day. They will often abscond from the classroom and/or refuse to return to the school building following break or lunchtime.
