Provide Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the DN3 area for a full-time Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026 until Summer 2027.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a range of year groups while playing a key role in the life of the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher in a job-share arrangement and will be involved in teaching across:
Year 5 on Mondays
EYFS for part of the week
Year 6 for approximately half a day per week
Their own class for the remainder of the timetableThe school is seeking a dedicated and committed teacher who can provide consistency and continuity for pupils throughout the academic year. Due to the nature of the role, job-share applications cannot be considered.
The role includes:
Full planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities
Attendance at staff meetings and training
Participation in after-school clubs and wider school activities
Working collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staffThe successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Be flexible, organised and able to work across different age phases
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
