Join our friendly and growing team as a Customer Advisor, supporting customers through email, phone and web enquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and website
Providing helpful, accurate and professional advice to customers
Following up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
Processing customer orders and maintaining CRM records accurately
Supporting the sales team with outbound campaigns and lead generation
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Ensuring excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ideally from either a training or delivery background
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Customer service or sales support experience
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
