Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £28,939 pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Start Date: Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming office environment on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will require a Basic DBS.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can provide outstanding front-of-house and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinating meeting room bookings
Handling post, deliveries, and general office administration
Maintaining visitor records and sign-in procedures
Responding to email enquiries
Managing office supplies and stationery stock
Supporting facilities and maintenance reporting
Providing administrative support to the wider teamKey Requirements:
Previous Reception, Front of House, or Administration experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
Friendly, professional, and proactive approach
Basic DBS required
