Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strong relationships with site teams and external stakeholders to promote a positive health and safety culture
* Conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify improvements
* Delivering training sessions and coaching to ensure compliance and competence
* Supporting the Health and Safety Manager in implementing initiatives and monitoring performance
* Driving continuous improvement aligned with UK legislation and client standards
What you’ll need:
* NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) in Health and Safety
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in health and safety roles, preferably multi-site
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and deliver training
