Site Agent, Water Infrastructure

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity within the water sector?

Our client, a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to support the successful delivery of water mains renewal projects across North London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering essential infrastructure improvements as part of long-term investment programmes.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll coordinate resources, oversee project progress and ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of water mains renewal and civil engineering works.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Monitor programme progress and resolve site issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Site Agent within the water, utilities or civil engineering sector.
Strong understanding of water infrastructure and site delivery.
SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence.
Water Hygiene, NRSWA and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
