Role Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential adult social care service. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring compliance, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential service
* Lead, motivate, and develop a staff team to deliver high standards of care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and internal policies
* Promote person-centred support, enabling individuals to live independently
* Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources effectively
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families and external professionals
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the service
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role within social care
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage budgets and service performance effectively
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
