What You’ll Do:
* Perform structural and cosmetic panel repairs using the latest tools and techniques.
* Repair, replace, and align panels to manufacturer specifications.
* Maintain productivity and high-quality workmanship while prioritising health and safety.
* Support colleagues and contribute positively to workshop culture.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Panel Technician in accident repair.
* Proficiency with MIG/MAG welding and panel repair methods.
* ATA accreditation or equivalent desirable but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
