The Opportunity

Covering Northern England and Scotland, you'll take ownership of your territory, developing relationships with contractors, identifying new opportunities and securing product specifications across construction projects.
This is a home-based role with genuine autonomy, giving you the opportunity to build your territory, grow existing relationships and win new business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with contractors across Northern England and Scotland.
Secure product specifications across a range of construction projects.
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Grow and develop existing accounts.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline and territory.
Influence key decision-makers and develop long-term customer relationships.
Deliver against sales targets and contribute to continued business growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in specification sales within construction.
Commercially driven and motivated by winning new business.
Confident building relationships with contractors and key decision-makers.
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
Ambitious and looking for genuine career progression.
Organised, proactive and capable of managing a large territory.
