The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Management Scheduler to join a busy team in a Leeds City Centre office.
This is a fast-paced role working across one large facilities management contract, where you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a wide range of planned and reactive works.
You will act as a key point of contact between the client, contractors and internal
teams, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, communicated clearly and completed within the required timescales.
The role would suit someone who has previous experience within Facilities Management, scheduling, planning or contract coordination, and who is
comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
· Scheduling and coordinating planned and reactive facilities works.
· Managing contractor attendance and ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently.
· Coordinating works across multiple service areas, including:
o Roller shutters
o Fire safety
o Water systems
o Electrical works
o Remedial works
o General building services
· Acting as a main point of contact for the client regarding ongoing works and scheduling.
· Liaising with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure appointments are arranged and works are completed.
· Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up contractors where required.
· Managing changing priorities and urgent/reactive requests.
· Ensuring works are scheduled within agreed SLAs and timescales.
· Keeping systems and records fully up to date.
· Providing regular updates to the client on progress, outstanding works and upcoming activity.
· Identifying scheduling issues or potential delays and taking action to resolve them.
· Supporting the wider facilities management team with planning and coordination.
· Building strong working relationships with both clients and contractors.
About You

· Has previous experience within Facilities Management, FM coordination, scheduling or planning.
· Is highly organised and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
· Is confident communicating with clients, contractors and engineers.
· Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Has excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills.
· Is proactive and comfortable chasing outstanding works and contractors.
· Can prioritise workloads and react quickly when urgent issues arise.
· Is confident using IT systems and scheduling/CRM platforms.
· Has a strong customer-service mindset and understands the importance of keeping the client informed.
