We are now seeking a CNC Milling setters to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.
Responsibilities:
Setting and operating CNC 3 & 4 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controls
Set and operate a variety of vertical and horizontal machining centres, including Doosan, Hitachi, Mitsubishi and Matsura
Working on technical engineering drawings
Working with aluminium and stainless steel
Ability to use measuring tools
Ensuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres.
Requirement:
Ideally, previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc controls
Ability to change tools and adjust offsets
Ability to use measuring tools
