The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established and growing environmental consultancy that is looking to add a P401 qualified Laboratory Analyst to their team on a permanent basis. The Role
You’ll be based in a busy laboratory environment, carrying out asbestos fibre counting and sample analysis to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Asbestos fibre counting in line with HSG 248 guidelines
* Analysis of air tests and bulk samples using PCM
* Ensuring all results are recorded accurately and reported within deadlines
* Working in compliance with UKAS and internal quality systems
* Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment
About You
* BOHS P401 qualification (essential)
* Previous experience within an asbestos laboratory
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a professional approach
