A well-established consultancy with over 20 years of experience across the commercial, technical, and operational sides of construction and energy efficiency is looking to appoint an Energy Modeller to join its growing team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work across a diverse range of projects, helping clients deliver energy-efficient, sustainable buildings. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality energy models, EPCs, and building performance assessments, within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role:
Delivering energy modelling and building performance assessments across a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and supporting clients' sustainability goals
Producing energy models using IES-VE software
Delivering EPCs and building performance assessments
Supporting clients with compliance and energy efficiency strategies
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timescales
Staying up to date with changes to building regulations and energy performance standardsWhat's Required:
Experience using IES-VE for building energy modelling
Ideally qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), or demonstrable experience producing EPCs
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and energy performance requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workload effectively, both independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer:
