The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are working exclusively with a well-established business to recruit a Customer Service Executive due to team changes and growth. What the Customer Service Executive job involves
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders, as well as supporting other departments when required.
Duties will include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Processing orders from multiple channels including website, email and telephone
Working with part numbers and sourcing correct products or suitable alternatives
Raising orders on the internal system and liaising with suppliers
Communicating with customers regarding quotes, orders and updates
Liaising with internal departments including finance and warehouse
Assisting with stock checks and working closely with the warehouse team
Contacting suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information
Preparing and converting supplier quotations into customer quotes
Supporting with general administrative duties as required
Skills required
Previous experience within a customer service or similar role
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner
A proactive and hands-on approach to work
Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
Confident using systems and software (experience with Sage 50 or CRM systems is advantageous)
A team player with flexibility to support different areas of the business
Ideally some technical or product-based knowledge (e.g. mechanical, automotive, plumbing or similar industries), although attitude and willingness to learn are more important
A positive personality with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5pm)
28 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with length of service
