We are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems for maritime platforms. This role combines system design, integration, and hands-on validation, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and integration of electrical systems including power distribution, control modules, motor control, and battery systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with standards
Develop and test prototypes, supporting validation, performance, and safety testing activities
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in system efficiency and performance
Produce and communicate detailed technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and reportsEssential Skills and Experience:

Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong experience in electrical system design, integration, and validation
Knowledge of power electronics, battery management systems, and electric vehicle architectures
