Kinetic Nursing Services is looking for a dedicated and organised Care Co-ordinator / Scheduler to join our friendly and supportive office team.

This is a fully office-based role, with no requirement to cover care visits or sickness calls - allowing you to focus on what you do best: coordinating high-quality care and supporting both staff and customers.

Whether you already have experience in care coordination or are looking to step into a scheduling role for the first time, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating care staff rotas and scheduling visits
Ensuring all care calls are allocated and delivered efficiently
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, care staff, and professionals
Handling enquiries and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident using IT systems (experience with OneTouch is desirable but not essential)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota (08:30-17:00) and take part in the on-call rota (17:00-22:00)
