Role Description
An experienced studio/pre-press artworker with knowledge of large format display graphics and digital printing.
Often client facing, you will be using some of the most advanced studio applications and hardware to deliver print ready files to Durst presses.
Key Responsibilities
Extensive experience of full Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Experience of ESKO Automation Engine/Pitstop Pro
Experience of ESKO ArtPro+
Experience of ESKO iCut Layout
Experience of GMG Color Server
Experience of Pantone Connect & Extensis Connect
Prepare visuals, artwork templates and branding guides
Collaborate with clients/designers/agencies to ensure incoming artwork meets print specifications for large format printing and large format finishing
Perform pre-flight artwork checks, troubleshoot and adjust client files as required, manually or with an automated workflow
Knowledge of colour theory, typography, layout principles and bespoke finishing techniques and their artwork requirements
Ability to manage colour management, colour correction, image retouching and file conversations
Review and proof files prior to production to eliminate errors
Maintain an organise and streamlined workflow making improvements where necessary
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently or as part of a team working to tight deadlines with very strong communication skills
You should have a flexible approach, be able to work to tight deadlines and reside within a commutable distance to the office (Postcode EN9 - Essex/Hertfordshire).

Package: 23-days paid holiday per year as standard, with a base salary commensurate with experience with the added benefit of generous paid overtime.
Working hours: 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday, with some earlier starts/later finishes and occasional weekend work (paid as overtime).
