Landscape Team Leader
Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week
Based from Wallingford, OX10 6PX
Up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits

We are GreenArt; setting the standard for creating, developing and caring for beautiful resilient and wildlife-friendly gardens across South Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
As the demand for a GreenArt garden continues to grow, we are building a fourth team of three landscapers. We’re looking for an experienced team leader who has managed people, materials and projects; delivering high quality gardens on time and to budget.
In particular you will:
· Work closely with our in-house Design Team and Project Manager to plan and execute prestigious garden construction projects
· Manage day to day project workload and motivate your team to work effectively to company quality standards
- Be hands-on to set out sites, undertake groundwork including using 360 diggers and dumpers
- Demonstrate your skills and experience in laying paving, setts, brick and stone walls
- Have a high level of carpentry skills and ability to construct decking, pergolas, fences and all types of timberwork
- Be confident in your ability to construct and dress naturalistic and formal water features, with a good understanding of pumps and filtration systems.
- Be highly competent in ground preparation for and laying of turf, as well as in soil prep for planting. Good plant knowledge would be an advantage
· Set high standards by example, ensuring great timekeeping, attitudes, the safe use of all equipment, and supporting with training when required
You will need to bring at least 5 years’ hard and soft landscaping experience including 2 years in a supervisory role where you have effectively managed a team of landscapers.
