We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire multiple Project Finance Associates (3+ PQE) into a high-growth and strategically important team.
This is the most urgent hiring need within the group, with three roles available (including both growth hires and a backfill). The team is actively investing and looking to secure strong profiles in the near term, making this a particularly compelling time to join.
The Role
You will join a well-established projects platform advising on complex, cross-border project finance transactions, with exposure across a range of sectors including energy transition, infrastructure, and digital assets. The team works across both sponsor-side and lender-side mandates, offering broad and high-quality experience.
There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to elements of project development work, providing a well-rounded skillset within the projects space.

Candidate Profile
3+ PQE with project finance experience (essential)
Exposure to project development advantageous but not required
Open to candidates from a broad range of firm backgrounds, including international platforms
Foreign-qualified candidates considered where there is relevant London experience
Strong technical grounding, commercially minded, and keen to take on responsibility
Process & Package
Cravath salary with competitive bonus structure (including sign-on potential)
Circa 2,000 hours, with a high-performing but collaborative culture
