The Role

You will:
- Analyse drawings, specs and project documents to build accurate cost models
- Prepare labour, materials and subcontractor breakdowns
- Engage suppliers to secure competitive, reliable quotations
- Support tenders, proposals and client presentations
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handover and delivery
- Help refine the pricing strategy as the organisation scales
