Key responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing a busy reception desk
Handling incoming calls via the switchboard and directing enquiries appropriately
Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor bookings
Providing general administrative support as required
Maintaining a professional and organised reception areaThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous reception and switchboard experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional and friendly approach
