Role Overview:

Position: Paralegal
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4-5 weeks (possibly extending into September)

What You'll Do:
As a Paralegal, you will be at the forefront of a major project, responsible for reviewing and summarising approximately 300 leases. Your tasks will include:

📄 Reading and Analysing Leases: You will thoroughly read legal documents to understand their implications and highlight key elements.
🔍 Summarising Lease Information: Your primary responsibility will be to create concise summaries of property leases that capture essential details.
🔑 Sorting Out Access: Work collaboratively to ensure all necessary access points are sorted and documented.
📋 Highlighting Key Inclusions: Identify what needs to be included for each lease and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a passion for legal documentation.
Previous experience in real estate or property law is a definite plus!
Strong analytical skills to interpret legal jargon and summarise effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
