What will you do?
As a Job Coach, you're the key link between our temporary workers, clients, and office colleagues. You’ll be present on-site in Barendrecht every day, working closely with a Job Consultant and a Planner. Together, you make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll work in two rotating shifts:05:00–13:0015:00–23:00Additionally, you’ll be scheduled to work every fourth weekend. Please note that shift times can sometimes vary slightly, especially the afternoon shift, but we’ll always keep you informed in advance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching and motivating employees during their work
- Identifying problems and solving them quickly
- Checking and improving schedules
- Preparing reports and handling administrative tasks
- Assisting as a driver when needed
- Collaborating closely with your team and maintaining clear communication with employees
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and helping implement them
- Ensuring a pleasant and safe working and living environment
- Working with various (digital) systems and being willing to learn and master them
Who are you?
- You speak English (B2); Polish is a big plus
- You have experience in logistics, preferably as an order picker
- You thrive in a warehouse setting and know how to get things done
- You’re solution-oriented, positive, and can inspire others
- You’re independent, but a team player at heart
- You hold a driver’s license (B) and are flexible when needed
- You enjoy variety and stay calm under pressure
