We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team, leading a technology division of 150+ people and driving the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap, while maintaining high-quality servicing of live clients.
About YouHard Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record of Delivery – You have led technology teams that ship complex SaaS products on time and at scale.
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries with a strong understanding of compliance and security best practices.
- Expertise in SaaS architectures, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with scalable microservices architectures, API-driven platforms, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience managing engineering teams of 100+ people, fostering a culture of accountability and execution.
