What you’ll do
Serve as the first point of contact for associates with HR-related questions, helping to maintain strong associate relations.
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including maintaining employee records and updating the payroll system.
Assist in organizing and coordinating TakeCare activities and other internal events to support associate well-being and engagement.
Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in the L&D side. Both in class as administrative.
Once familiar with core administrative tasks, support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and posting vacancies.
Contribute to internal communication efforts, including newsletters, digital updates, and town hall preparations.

You have relevant experience within HR. Hotel Experience is a big plus.
You understand hospitality.

You speak and write fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
You hold a valid work permit or documentation that allows you to work in the Netherlands.
