YOUR VARIED TASKS:
- Organization and management of daily activities together with store management
- Recruitment, training and management of employees
- Ensure exemplary customer service
- Achieving company KPIs and high standards of inventory management
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- You demonstrate customer focus and you are enthusiastic about working in the toy sector
- You can work with numbers and you can lead your employees in a results-oriented manner
- Take responsibility, tackle it and just do it
- You convince us with your personal and professional competence
- You can provide training in retail (MBO level 3 or 4), a diploma or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
