What are my responsibilities?
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of our Finance team and play a key role in hotel’s financial obligations accurately and efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:
Reviewing and processing invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining organized and secure records of all financial transactions.
Collaborating with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Recording and analyzing financial data using property management and accounting software.
Ensuring all payments and documentation follow company policies and retention guidelines.

We are looking for a full-time Income Auditor with a passion for accuracy. You are curious by nature, detail-oriented and you bring your own personal style to everything you do.

To be eligible for this position you…
Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
Ideally have experience in hospitality industry.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
Are organized, able to prioritise tasks and have a solid understanding of accounting procedures and tools.
Have right to work in the Netherlands.

We are excited that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a full transformation. A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
